Thomas Broetje
President and Founder
Tom, one of the founders of CFO2Go in June 1991, saw a need for seasoned, "been there", financial leadership but on a part-time basis. There were freelance financial professionals who tried to provide this service, but could not establish a presence in the marketplace sufficient to maintain a continuing flow of clients. CFO2Go was established as a single identity with which CFO consultants could develop their practice. Tom has over 20 years of financial management background primarily in retail and hospitality. As the primary promoter of CFO2Go, Tom has helped establish CFO2Go's solid reputation in the Puget Sound area.
Velvet Withers
Principal
Velvet has over 30 years experience in accounting and financial management. Her background includes 10 years as a CPA with Moss Adams where she worked predominantly with closely held companies. After public accounting, she spent eight years in private industry as a controller, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in high tech, lumber, energy sales, including start-up companies. During her 12 years at CFO2Go, Velvet has worked on a wide range of clients including small closely held companies, start-ups, companies with worldwide operations, services, high tech companies, real estate related entities and City of Seattle agencies. Velvet enjoys utilizing her years in public accounting and her hands-on experience in private industry to provide business consulting to a variety of clients.
Rick Madsen
Principal
Rick has over 25 years of accounting and financial management experience for small to medium sized businesses, holding positions of Accounting Manager, Controller, VP of Finance and CFO along the way. He has worked primarily in the construction industry, but has also been heavily involved with other industries such as technology, retail and manufacturing. Rick has worked with start up, well established and distressed companies, handling the many complexities associated with each.
David Bell
Principal
David has more than 20 years experience in International Banking with an emphasis in Trade Finance and the U.S Government support programs. He has helped companies set up electronic letter of credit systems for their imports and helped exporters with their export bills purchase program. David holds BA and Law degrees from the University of Oklahoma and a degree from the American Graduate School of International Manaagement.
He is on the Board of the Australian New Zealand American Society(ANZAS) and is currently their Treasurer. ANZAS is a cultural corporation that promotes stronger ties among the three countries. He is also on the Board of The Delta Society. The Delta Society is a non profit corporation that is dedicated to improving human health and comfort through interaction with service and therapy animals.
Hobbies are traveling, wine, coffee and cooking.
Daniel R. Cote'
Principal
Dan has over 20 years experience in financial policy administration and implementation. He is experienced in multi-location operations ranging from $250,000 to $120 million revenue per year and has extensive experience in both service and manufacturing environments. Having owned and operated a manufacturing and contracting business, he understands the issues that most business owners confront on a day-to-day basis. Dan excels in the development of the corporate profit planning function. He has also been instrumental with companies in the origination and implementation of accounting policies, procedures and controls and has been closely involved in the financial reorganization (Chapter 11) of both large and small companies. Dan has also instructed accounting and finance courses for City University undergraduate and MBA programs. .

Patricia AS Thieme
Principal
Patricia specializes in the biotechnology and medical device industry. She has 18 years of experience in accounting and financial management primarily with the leading biotech companies in the Seattle area. Her experience includes comprehensive hands-on experience in start-up operations, managerial accounting, financial accounting, facilities and human resources. She has helped companies in the start-up stages, systems conversions, budgeting, reorganization/turnaround and procedure development. Patricia has held positions as Controller and Director of Finance and Administration and holds a BS in Accounting.
Yvonne Lillebo
Principal
Yvonne has over 20 years of accounting and financial management experience for national corporations including start ups, rapid growth and technology businesses. Yvonne has been a senior executive responsible for the strategic planning, development, implementation and management of all corporate cash management, accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis and capital budgeting operations. Yvonne has been instrumental in working with companies on the verge of bankruptcy and reorganization, obtained outside lines of financing and negotiated mergers and acquisitions. Yvonne has held positions as Vice President of Finance and Controller for both private and publicly held companies.
Mark Sabo
Principal
Mark has over three decades of professional experience working both in the entrepreneurial and corporate financial management environment. He began his career working for his family’s auto parts business which he helped grow from grassroots to a publicly traded retail chain of 70 stores and over $100 million in annual revenues. Later, Mark spent six years as a CPA manager assisting clients with business planning, internal control strategies, accounting information system implementations, and management advisory services. Mark’s career then moved to telecommunications, where he worked 14 years as a TV station controller and was closely involved in many large market media acquisitions. In the past few years, Mark has been involved in turnaround, "best practices" management and helping clients in varied industries with their strategic business planning needs.
Additionally, Mark is a frequent lecturer at various Washington universities and has been Treasurer and Executive Committee member on the Board of Directors at a local non-profit agency.
Leah Gray
Principal
Leah has over 15 years of accounting and financial experience which includes advising companies public and private on complex issues including revenue recognition, stock options, equity instruments, acquisitions and other accounting issues. Leah worked overseas as a Director in the Global Capital Markets Group with PricewaterhouseCoopers and led several successful IPO’s. During the past five years she has consulted with companies regarding Sarbanes-Oxley and conducted audits of companies in the biotech, technology, retail and service industries. She has also provided recommendations to her clients to enhance their financial reporting. In addition, she has advised companies on identifying target companies, performing due diligence and completing acquisitions. She also has experience in setting up financial accounts for small and medium size companies and assisting with ongoing financial reporting.
Tom Chudecke
Principal
Tom has over 30 years of professional experience working both private and public companies in the Northwest as well as internationally. He began his career with fully integrated manufacturing company and helps them grow from small private company to public company traded on the NASDQ. He helps develop this company from domestic company to widely distributed product company worldwide. Tom was responsible for strategic planning, tax, accounting, audit, IT, HR and Finance. Tom after several years in manufacturing moved to manufacture and construction business, which did 60% of their crane business internationally. He was instrumental in structuring the business model to maximize their profitability and provide the needed funding for growth. During the dot.com period Tom also help start and raise capital for Medical Device Company. After leaving the company he was instrumental in working with IT and Software Company to restructure their business model, which lead to increased profitability and ultimately help sell the companies. Tom works with a variety of clients help with operations efficiencies as well as “best practices” management.
Andrew T. Ariizumi
Principal
Andy has more than 25 years experience in accounting and financial management. He spent six years with Peat Marwick Mitchell auditing both privately held and public companies. Since leaving public accounting he has worked in private industry and consulting holding positions of Controller, CFO and financial consultant. Andy has a broad range of experience in all aspects of financial management. He has developed and managed financial reporting and profitability by customer systems. He has negotiated financing packages with outside lenders and maintained ongoing banking relationships. He has experience in both the acquisition and the sale of businesses. In addition Andy has managed human resources and IT departments.
Bob Lambert
Accounting Services Manager
Bob joined CFO2Go after retiring as Division Controller from a large major retail company and ten years as the owner of a bookkeeping service, working primarily with small business owners in all phases of their business. In addition to the normal areas of accounting - A/R, A/P, and General Ledger, Bob is adept at franchise accounting, retail accounting, auditing, and works well with a wide variety of small business owners. Bob has a good working knowledge of several kinds of computer software designed especially for small business owners.
Ian Rubesch
Accounting Services
Ian has worked in accounting related fields for the past ten years with a variety of different clients from the restaurant and hospitality industry, manufacturing and distribution, to bankruptcies. His main focus at CFO2Go is offering support to the principals. Ian's services include implementing and maintaining accounting systems, setting up internal systems and controls, auditing and training.
Stan Lance
Business Development
Stan has more than 30 years of commercial and international banking experience. He was a vice president with several major financial institutions including Seafirst Bank, Security Pacific Bank, The Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, Ltd., and US Bank. During his banking career he worked in various capacities including relationship manager for middle market and Fortune 500 companies, business development, credit administration and structured trade finance. He was stationed offshore in Tokyo, Seoul, and London. Stan is able to assist growing small and medium sized companies improve their banking relationships. He earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Marquette University and his masters’ degrees in Korean Regional Studies and Business Administration (finance) from the University of Washington.
Marie Vaughan
Bookkeeper
Marie has over 20 years of accounts receivable/accounts payable experience with a strong background of administrative skills. She owned and operated a successful business for over 19 years working with a variety of clients. Having owned her own business Marie understands many of the day to day challenges a business owner is confronted with. She is knowledgeable in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable and is very familiar with QuickBooks. She takes pride in working with each client to meet their individual needs.
JerryAnn Graham
Office Manager
JerryAnn has 25 years of office experience including administrative and accounting. Her experience includes billing, accounts receivables and payables, sales, fundraising and customer service. She provides the in-house bookkeeping for CFO2GO and she is experienced with QuickBooks, MS Small Business Financials, Word, Excel and Access.
